<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihNtnMm7uIGnajE0uIaMjHrsGZeYR4o5hRr6Un1FVtea9EDEkLI3T9ZQHoLHQjnNJV8Id9bEafQ5Y_xQ5nHpbtw8RbeqzNzJHWoLyn-TS5BnnPIdtUsUk7tBxPfOgtEL2Mj80tdQ/s1600/BB8BFC97-8271-49C3-A18F-E654B54CF4CB.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1154" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihNtnMm7uIGnajE0uIaMjHrsGZeYR4o5hRr6Un1FVtea9EDEkLI3T9ZQHoLHQjnNJV8Id9bEafQ5Y_xQ5nHpbtw8RbeqzNzJHWoLyn-TS5BnnPIdtUsUk7tBxPfOgtEL2Mj80tdQ/s320/BB8BFC97-8271-49C3-A18F-E654B54CF4CB.jpeg" width="230" /></a></div>
<br />
<div>
I stamped the perfect polka dot with Hero Arts white unicorn ink onto a kraft cardstock for an A 2 sized card and set it aside.</div>
<div>
Using various favorite shades of inks, I created a background pattern using the Detailed diamonds stamp set onto another piece of kraft cardstock.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgM0rruBZ7ZFDr1xNjttxGh3dkiE8IDu10CibQMWq-lMIQhxSrTYgLFHgdxQCDL_-QwUvPuf1QTyBJQu-k3U3eDFZesesRbWzzZjSXMk0jwPkUXoizsajfMiouotnDgY5_ZbqIV3Q/s1600/94457196-1BC5-42B0-BD5C-08CE6C9187E1.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgM0rruBZ7ZFDr1xNjttxGh3dkiE8IDu10CibQMWq-lMIQhxSrTYgLFHgdxQCDL_-QwUvPuf1QTyBJQu-k3U3eDFZesesRbWzzZjSXMk0jwPkUXoizsajfMiouotnDgY5_ZbqIV3Q/s200/94457196-1BC5-42B0-BD5C-08CE6C9187E1.jpeg" width="150" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Then I cut two die cuts with the snowflake die (one out of felt and the other out of vellum )and attached them to the top of the detailed diamond </div>
<div>
Background with a large metal vintage button. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLnBjpDqZU2NlmIwkM1p5E_o4nZpJlP9GUm84ehFsTw3QbnB49XGpjTupjhLeRd-O59oh5PzLiyD68m1652mBUuDv7aVuk1AvNs1HhfkVRVCpmn41D42FkqVQmFjGpcPMfEyh8tg/s1600/6AE381C0-3957-4685-A7D2-C35927E0D872.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLnBjpDqZU2NlmIwkM1p5E_o4nZpJlP9GUm84ehFsTw3QbnB49XGpjTupjhLeRd-O59oh5PzLiyD68m1652mBUuDv7aVuk1AvNs1HhfkVRVCpmn41D42FkqVQmFjGpcPMfEyh8tg/s200/6AE381C0-3957-4685-A7D2-C35927E0D872.jpeg" width="150" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from Merriest greetings using Versamark ink onto vellum and then heat set using liquid platinum embossing powder from Ranger.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div>
Very fun to create and can be changed up each time to make unique. <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Tons of inspiration you can check out at her blog at the link.<br />

<br />
Today I am sharing two cards that I created using the soft and sweet Santa Baby line from Prima. The great thing about using coordinating paper lines is that it all goes together so well.<br />
Of course it is never complete with some Distress inking and vintage lace for charm.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The first card is the one I created for the hop . I’m pretending it’s a fancy mocha or frappe. And who also adds yummy marshmallows and whipped topping on occasion in their coffee drinks?? I know I do especially on Peppermint Mochas!! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

You can find out more details on the original site <a href="http://coffeelovingcardmakers.com/2018/11/2018-fall-winter-coffee-lovers-blog-hop/" target="_blank">here</a>. There is a ton of coffee loving inspiration, major sponsors and all kinds of fun. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
I have a card today using some fun stamps and papers from <a href="https://sunnystudiostamps.com/" target="_blank">Sunny Studio designs.</a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgyjGm1iEehSmvsMDGldP2lVOA0voTk3O4CxS-THDR3GZVpxNMdFXrgE0xF9YtbE76fna-atjph79-rLRTIdSkoB0JVolCOjd_vzp59tLHGMoE3zWrSaoT1XJ86QMrARv-fPi6lbA/s1600/818FDD23-C6DF-47D3-A08B-5A2D4BD99F48.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1551" data-original-width="1600" height="310" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgyjGm1iEehSmvsMDGldP2lVOA0voTk3O4CxS-THDR3GZVpxNMdFXrgE0xF9YtbE76fna-atjph79-rLRTIdSkoB0JVolCOjd_vzp59tLHGMoE3zWrSaoT1XJ86QMrARv-fPi6lbA/s320/818FDD23-C6DF-47D3-A08B-5A2D4BD99F48.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The pattern paper set is called Holiday Cheer and has bright patterns with snowflake, polka dot backgrounds as well as some fun images on the reverse side. I stamped the coffee cup and cookie image from the Mug Hugs stamp set and paired it with a sentiment from City Streets stamp set. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I colored the images in with coordinating COPIC markers and added some Tonic drops to frost the cookie and add some sparkle to the coffee cup heart. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja1B3WIsinQ8eIHW0xd3ZD-Dbm_G0mzc-wKfxa-piW1v4vI_2HHKgr4DbXDHzWpTwHD5H-kByhmMjGv1buR5PHWkab06iYTgmjowCRFbca-aNj0RU6qwy6K0ts8ESxC9YGm-EhOg/s1600/41D55BDB-1B8A-4ADB-9347-92467DC26291.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja1B3WIsinQ8eIHW0xd3ZD-Dbm_G0mzc-wKfxa-piW1v4vI_2HHKgr4DbXDHzWpTwHD5H-kByhmMjGv1buR5PHWkab06iYTgmjowCRFbca-aNj0RU6qwy6K0ts8ESxC9YGm-EhOg/s320/41D55BDB-1B8A-4ADB-9347-92467DC26291.jpeg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The tree background was created using Tim Holtz and Stampers Anonymous new Shifter stencils in the tree pattern. If you haven’t tried these stencils you really need to... they are so much fun for using different colors and creating your own pattern papers. I layered the tree colors using Distress Oxides with a blending tool. You can find some of these shifter stencils here at my favorite online store <a href="https://www.simonsaysstamp.com/product/Tim-Holtz-Layering-Stencil-SHIFTER-TREE-THS113-ths113?currency=USD" target="_blank">Simon Says Stamp</a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Now to decide whom to give the card to...Thanks for visiting and hope to see you soon</div>

I have been trying some fun techniques in my art journal ( one of many) . I love to try things, leave pages unfinished and come back to play again.... the art process involves lots of trial and error and sometimes I prefer the process over the finished projects. <br />
I will share a tutorial soon for those interested.Kim Faucherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18145479874133217434noreply@blogger.com1
